My biggest honour and highest prize would be that if this music could become the soundtrack to your lives.
I think that's why I started doing music really. Apart from the obvious advantage of coming from a musical family (my mother is a very gifted pianist in my eyes). Indeed my parents met whilst singing in a choir (he was at the end of a line of tenors and she was at the beginning of the altos) so they shared a music book & went on from there.....
Apart from the symbolism of my first words being "la la la" (true - I promise), a love of stealing my fathers dictaphone to sit down and have intense recording sessions aged 4 1/2 and a desire to "show off and dance"
when I put Swan Lake or a Stevie Wonder record on - I think it completely by chance that I am a singer or songwriter at all !!
